STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. run Chromium natively on Wayland with the following command:
$chromium --enable-features=UseOzonePlatform --ozone-platform=wayland
2. press ctrl+o or ctrl+s

OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
file open/save dialog should be triggered

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
with Opera browser I get inconsistent results: sometimes the dialogs open after
some delay, sometimes they don't and the whole computer freezes after ~1
minute.
kdialog works as expected when I run the same browsers on Xwayland.
