SUMMARY
My custom key shortcuts aren't applying on Plasma 5.23 Beta (5.22.90).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login into Plasma Wayland session.
2. Try to use some preconfigured Custom key shortcut.
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.
EXPECTED RESULT
The configured Custom key shortcut should trigger and do what's configured to
do.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.14.3
