A few weeks ago the power management stopped working on my Arch Linux.
I fixed it by deleting this file
~/.config/powermanagementprofilesrc
and restarting Plasma session.
Today the problem occured again on the same system running Plasma 5.23 beta
after plasma/system settings crash. The fix worked again.
