If the user likes to squeeze their animation timeline to have a small height,
activating the onion skin docker through the corresponding onion skin button
will resize the timeline docker to accommodate the attached onion skin docker
due to how the docker system works. A workaround is detaching the onion skin
docker.
It was noted in the IRC that there are possibly ways to further optimize the
vertical space that the onion skin docker takes up.
If no such mitigations can be found (without compromising usability), please
close this report.
