I can't remember whether it's intentional that the titlebar text doesn't change, however. And I can confirm that this affects with the Breeze Light theme as well. It might actually be a bug or oversight. Can you please file a separate bug report for that and cc me (n...@kde.org)? You could even submit a merge request to change/fix it yourself!
