--- Comment #3 from Stefano Crocco <stefano.cro...@alice.it> --- I think this may be another bug related to Bug 442636 which (due to a change in KDE Frameworks 5.86.0) causes Konqueror to open web pages (but also man, info and help pages) in an external program rahter than doing it itself. If I'm right, the error message you see is not produced by Konqueror itself but by the KIO framework, which tries to launch seamonkey and fails for some reason (I guess you already checked that '/home/dan/seamonkey/seamonkey' actually exists and can be launched).
