STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open the attachment with Kate
2. click on "Temporarily raise limit and reload file" button of the inline
message:
observe a blue line below the previously visible inline message
3. press alt key: the blue line disappeared
EXPECTED RESULT
no blue line after the step 2
