Allow explicit selection
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Currently, when clicking with desktop mouse on a subscription or entry, the
view would not retain a strong focus, it's then fairly easy to not remember
which entry is currently selected and on which we would act to mark read etc.
While there, the currently playing view entry should also be made more visible.
