Evidence of incorrect order in 'Get new...' modal window
SUMMARY
Changing sort in 'Get new global themes' to 'Most downloaded' does not
correlate to what downloads numbers in list says.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Global themes
2. Click 'Sort by' -> 'Most downloaded first'
OBSERVED RESULT
Result is not sorted
EXPECTED RESULT
Result is sorted
