It seems that the trackpad on wayland gets disabled even though my IR mouse is
not connected. I am not sure what this is due to, but it is happening on git
unstable.
The expected behavior would be that in the absence of the IR mouse, the
trackpad would be enabled automatically. This happens in X when I switch to it.
