SUMMARY
The submenus from Kicker get positioned such that they are obscured by the
taskbar.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Ensure you are using a Wayland session
2. Select Kicker as your application launcher with the panel at the bottom
3. Open Kicker and then a submenu and observe that part of it is sometimes
hidden behind the panel, if the submenu is big enough.

EXPECTED RESULT
I would expect the entire menu is visible and no applications are obscured
