latte dock area
SUMMARY
small black bars are showing sometimes both in the Latte dock area and the
panel one.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.move the mouse pointer slowly towards the dock or panel area.

EXPECTED RESULT
moving the mouse pointer fast towards those areas usually skips this behavior.
