  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
I use two activity, the default one with the default wallpaper and some note
widgets and another one with a custom wallpaper and also some note widgets.

On reboot after upgrading to Plasma 5.23, I had no more activities listed
(literary none - not even "default" - in the activity switcher), no more "Show
in activities" menus, etc. I also lost all my note widgets.

On next reboot activities were back :) but note widgets were still gone on both
activities and the wallpaper on both activities have been change to the new
Plasma 5.23 (I know this is normal for the default one, but it should not be
the case for the other one). Effectively it felt like they were like two brand
new activities (only their names had been retained).

I know how to recover my notes so not a huge problem but I thought I should
still report the behaviour as it does not seem great. Also it may or may not be
Neon specific, I cannot test that right now.
