Okay, assuming that the anchor rect somewhere in the top half of the screen,
this all makes sense.

Can you please file a bug report to firefox developers asking to add SLIDE_Y
xdg-positioner constraint adjustment (or re-open
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1729944)?

As is, I'm afraid kwin is doing the right thing. If the popup can't be flipped
vertically, the only thing that kwin is allowed to do is resize the popup.
