The `Overview` page shows idle charts.
SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start System Monitor
2. Go to `Overview` page (all charts are idle: memory, disk, CPU, Networks,
Network Rates, System)
3. Go to `History` page (all charts are idle)
OBSERVED RESULT
No data and charts are idle.
EXPECTED RESULT
There should be data and charts should be moving.

- Application and Process list works.
