STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a project with LSP support
2. Hover over something that produces a "rich" tooltip
OBSERVED RESULT
The tooltip appears in the top left corner (over the "File" in menubar)
EXPECTED RESULT
The tooltip should appear at cursor.
