SUMMARY
When I right click on Telegram Titlebar and go to More Actions, options to
Configure Special Window/Application Settings are disabled. Also using KCM
Window Rules and option Detect Window Properties doesn't work (but this doesn't
work with other windows too). Telegram is installed from arch repository.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on Telegram Titlebar
2. Try adding Configure Special Window/Application Settings
OBSERVED RESULT
Options are disabled.
EXPECTED RESULT
Options should be enabled.
