STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Discover
2. open the description page of an application that has only one screenshot.
KolourPaint, for example.
3. hover over the screenshot
4. try to scroll the description page vertically
OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
description page should be vertically scrolled
