With my other computer using proprietary Nvidia drivers (GeForce 1650) it doesn't seem to have this issue. --- I notice that I cannot even play the mini video preview in Dolphin with my Intel GPU system (even on local files.) However, I can play them just fine with my Nvidia GPU, even on network shares.
