As per title when window has no titlebar it is shown in all activities instead
of one that window was opened in.
To reproduce:
1. Make a window for any application with "No titlebar and frame" -> "Force" ->
"Yes"
2. Make sure you have more than one activity
3. Open application that rule was made for
4. Switch to another activity
Result: Window is visible in another activity
Expected result: window should be hidden until we switch back to activity
window was opened in
