SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. for user1 go to colord settings
2. you see all the devices and their profiles
3. for user2 go to colord settings
OBSERVED RESULT
colord settings is empty, no device, no profile
EXPECTED RESULT
for every users on the PC then the user gets colord settings
