New window in Canvas only Mode always shows in fullscreen
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a new window
2. Open in the new window a view
3. Press Tab to show in Canvas only Mode
OBSERVED RESULT
The window shows automatically in fullscreen and cannot be resized.
EXPECTED RESULT
The window should respect the setting : fullscreen or not.
It’s kinda boring as I work in multimonitor (graphic tablet and quality
monitor) and I cannot show any other window if Krita is in Canvas only Mode.
The problem does not exist in 4.x.x.
