Shows incorrect size on not standart screen DPI
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. measure the element on screen
2. set custom DPI resolution for screen (for example, 120)
3. measure the element again
OBSERVED RESULT
values differs
EXPECTED RESULT
It will be good to have an option in kruler settings - to work as is, or show
the same values with different DPI settings

Is it possible add to settings one field - Resolution, or Ratio?
