SUMMARY
At seemingly random times, plasmashell CPU usage goes up to 100% and this
persists until Haruna is closed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Unsure.
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma UI nearly frozen, Haruna functions normally.
EXPECTED RESULT
The system still working as usual.

Linux/KDE Plasma: openSUSE Leap 15.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If nobody else can reproduce this, could someone tell me what to
copy/save/examine whenever this problem occurs?
