SUMMARY
When adding a new torrent, KTorrent's "Opening torrent" window has no padding.
This leads to the components inside the window touching the window border,
making things look ugly. The KDE HIG doesn't have any recommendation on this,
but it seems like most KDE apps use a 6-12 pixel padding inside their windows
on layouts like this.
