I very much doubt this could be caused by any KDE code, especially on X11 where
input handling is done by the X server rather than anything under KDE's
control. XKB, maybe? Andrey, any ideas?
Maybe this is related to the recent X11 release which caused various
regressions. Did you happen up receive and apply an X11 update in tumbleweed
recently?
