SUMMARY
When the cursor is over the tab bar I can use my touchpad to scroll from the
first tab to the second tab, but if I'm on the second tab and attempt to scroll
to the first one, I'm back at the second tab as soon as I lift my finger. If
there's three tabs it jumps straight to the 1st and also doesn't stick.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open terminal
2. New tab
3. Scroll
OBSERVED RESULT
Scrolling to get to a tab right your current tab works, scrolli g to a tab that
is left to your current tab doesn't.
