focus inconsistencies
SUMMARY
in some cases --new-tab doesn't focus konsole. related to
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=441866
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start konsole
2. run xterm inkonsole
3. move xterm window partially over konsole to see effects of focus or a lack
of it
4. run konsole --new-tab in xterm
5. konsole opens new tabs but does not focus
6. click on console and then back on xterm
7. run konsole --new-tab in xterm again
8. now new tabs appear and focus changes to konsole.
