bars w/o useful tooltip/values
SUMMARY
Old system load applet hat a tooltip with the actual values of memory, cpu,
cache, ... usage.
Current system monitor one does not display the values anwhere, but just
colorful bars in bar chart, or if pie chart, a number inside the ring which one
cannot connect to any of the displayed colors.
Additionally, if related: title always shows despite
[ ] Show Title
being unchecked and the title itself empty.
