For verbose print of what is going on, I started Elisa via the terminal.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. cmd "elisa" at terminal
2. select file>configure Elisa....
3. Elisa freezes/crashes
OBSERVED RESULT
Elisa crashes/freezes (graphical interface remains on screen but unresponsive).
The terminal outputs the following:

Elisa configuration dialogue should appear (does not appear with this bug)
