Interestingly, the new (erroneous) database entry has the following as the filename: `751bdf15-6ddd-46d6-bf9d-bac02b5d4628.0001.pat` This probably means that somewhere in the embedded resource loading, there's a erroneous call that is using the md5 as the file name.
