Everything KDE from git master in a Wayland session with systemd startup.
My KWallet wallet is set up correctly to unlock automatically on login. However
when KWin restarts, the wallet locks again and does not automatically unlock.
Instead it displays a password prompt and makes me unlock manually. This is
100% reproducible simply by restarting KWin with `kstart -- kwin_wayland
--replace`.
Possibly related to Bug 436442.
