1. Disable all iconography via "system
OBSERVED RESULT
The panels whose identifiers are each "Places" and "Folders" are not adherent
to system-wide disablement of iconography.
EXPECTED RESULT
No iconography should be displayed within the panels whose identifiers are each
"Places" and "Folders".
