EXPECTED RESULT

Sound played at previously set volume

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora Linux 35 KDE Spin
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.23.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.88
Qt Version: 5.15.2
Pipewire: 0.3.40-1.fc35.x86_64
Pipewire Pulseaudio: 0.3.40-1.fc35.x86_64

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Ever since the switch to pipewire, I suffer from this behavior on my system. It
only takes simple one time adjustment (move volume slider or control from the
keyboard) and then volume gets in sync, but out of the box it plays at 100% and
every once in a while I forget about it and get a full volume blast.
