Every some months I need to purge the baloo file, reboot, and restart baloo service again, then after a while krunner find anything. Im using kubuntu 21.10, but this happens to me from 20.04 at least. It seems that krunner doesn't call ballo search if not it have in own search, soudns strange but I dont have a better explain about why this happen.
