SUMMARY
On Wayland, attempting to drag windows with a stylus does nothing.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KWrite
2. Drag the titlebar with a stylus
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens, other windows act as if stylus is up.
EXPECTED RESULT
KWrite (and other windows) should move with the stylus.
