SUMMARY
If one opens Status and Notifications menu and hovers mouse over icons,
respective popups appear at top or left of menu (See attached screenshot)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open 'Status and Notifications' menu ('Show hidden icons' button)
2. Hover your mouse over any icon
3. Observe mispositioned popup
OBSERVED RESULT
Popups appear to the top or left of menu
EXPECTED RESULT
Popups appear near the icon
