STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open dolphin and right click a file to share
2. choose 'send to device', here my OnePlus5, click run
3. The phone displays a notification saying 'failed receiving file'
OBSERVED RESULT
no file is transfered
EXPECTED RESULT
file should be received and appear in 'downloads' folder in phone.

all permissions are granted on the phone side but location and microphone. I
receive the ping ok in both directions: phone to/from pc
