SUMMARY
In the case of brush presets overwriting, renaming the filename of a brush does
not change the way the file shows up in the brush preset selector. This can be
confusing in the case of binary blob files, where changing the internal name is
not always a viable option for the user. In this case, there's not a clear way
to know what name the paintoppreset will have when it's added to Krita or how
the user can find the new brush. This results in feeling like the preset failed
to overwrite, for instance, but is actually working as intended.
It might be nice to eventually have a step to the import process that checks if
the filename and the internal name do not match and ask the user if she wishes
to change the internal name to accommodate this discrepancy.
