SUMMARY
Manually change the zoom value with a decimal number directly rounding the
value to the nearest integer.
You can have a decimal value when you use the ctrl+middle_mouse, when when you
try to edit the value manually by clicking on it, the value is rounded.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new document
2. With ctrl+middle_mouse, try to have a decimal value for the zoom
3. Click on the zoom value (bottom-right of the krita window)
4. Press enter to valid it (do not change it)
5. The value it rounded
