STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT

App opens immediately, but is unresponsive for 5 - 10 seconds, scrolling
doesn't work until after this time, I'm using a new nvme drive and I don't see
any slow downs in nautilus

If I open Dolphin from the command line I can see the following messages
printed:

fireburn@axion ~ $ dolphin
Qt: Session management error: networkIdsList argument is NULL
Could not find video stream

The last one is printed after the app becomes responsive

I also see these slowdowns when bringing up a file picker, but only for the
first time it's used per application open. i.e. if it's closed and reopened,
it's immediately responsive

I've now tested this with frameworks 5.89.0 and the same happens

EXPECTED RESULT

Dolphin/file pickers immediately responsive

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Gentoo 5.16-rc1-agd5f Dolphin 21.12.0
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.23.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.89.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I first noticed this happening around the time 5.88.0 frameworks was released
