Speech recognition has started to work again in this build
but only the first sentence of the entire clip is ever inserted in the timeline

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add clip into timeline
2. Project -> Subtitle -> Speech recognition - Time line zone (all track)
3. Process, after while message !"ubtitles imported", subtitle appears , but
just first sentece from the clip
