I did disable PSR (i915.enable_psr=0), changed Content Process settings in Firefox and multiple KDE Plasma versions have changed, X11 versions changed, etc., i.e. no way to determine why. Currently if I have this issue, it happens once in a week or even more rarely, so I will not be able to help with any diagnosis, if such need arises.
