SUMMARY
I think most people associate screen power saving with screen locking and it
may not occurs to some that these are actually separate things (see screenshot
of both sections)
Options I can think of (not all are good):
* Merge these 2 sections
* each can link to the other via a looking for Screen Locking/Power
management/screensaver button
* insert each into the other (this seems redundant)
* show both screen locking and power management when searching for either
