SUMMARY
Krita 5.0.0 on Windows 10 won't start at all; it will show the image loader,
'adding resource types', then close.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Krita
2. Image loader shows on screen, sometimes 1st screen, sometimes 2nd; shows
'adding resource types'.
3. Closes, Krita doesn't start.

Krita opens upon clicking the executable.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I installed 5.0.0 two different ways; once on top of the original 4.4.8
installation, and once a complete uninstall, restart, reinstall. Same result.
Did not have this issue with any installations of previous versions.
Reinstalling 4.4.8 runs completely fine.
