Summary: A lot of the buttons/options in both toolbar and
dockers never showed up, they were blank and
unidentifiable. And I couldn't use my drawing tablet's
hotkeys to zoom, undo, and other features I programmed
it to.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Selected a windows layout button
2. Opened 2 files of my drawing
3. Closed one file, saving it before closing.
4. Remaining opened file, removed one docking panel.
OBSERVED RESULT
Layout of my workspace was altered, toolbar options became blank except for
other important options like New File, Save, Undo, etc. Palette color options
disappeared, Drawing tablet features failed to work on the app(can't zoom,
apply pressure effect on brushes, undo stroke, etc)
EXPECTED RESULT
The complete opposite of what just happened, and supposed to be working
normally.
