SUMMARY
Normally, an extra mailbox is created when an account is created. This is no
longer the case.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add mail account via settings - like usually
2. Access is set up
3. Extra Mailbox is missing
OBSERVED RESULT
There is no mailbox in the sidebar
EXPECTED RESULT
Extra mailbox for the created account
