SUMMARY
When trying to sort themes by downloads, it sorts them incorrectly.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any theme browser/installer
2. Sort them by downloads
OBSERVED RESULT
Themes sorted incorrectly
EXPECTED RESULT
Themes sorted from most downloaded to least
