SUMMARY
Under Wayland, it is impossible to interact with the overview effect using a
touchscreen. Clicking on windows, background or search field does nothing.
Under X11, it works as expected.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable the overview effect
2. Press CTRL + Meta + D to toggle it
3. Try to interact with a touchscreen
OBSERVED RESULT
The user cannot interact with the overview effect using a touchscreen.
EXPECTED RESULT
The user should be able to interact with the overview effect using a
touchscreen.
