[digikam] [Bug 447914] Just downloaded digiKam 7.4.0 to new Dell XPS 8940 computer using Windows 11. Got the message (attached) that the plugins were not loaded. Not sure what to do. Is something blocking them? What can I do to resolve this?

Problem is already reported. Read the story in bug :
